At Trigger Airsoft, we stand behind our high-performance gear and offer a 14-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that all returns are subject to inspection to ensure the safety and integrity of the equipment.

Return Process

• 1.
  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original retail box, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts are included.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of the package and ship it back to our main distribution center using a trackable service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the gear, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
