We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that high-performance internal components and customized markers may be subject to specific restocking fees.
How do I know if a specific magazine is compatible with my airsoft gun?
Compatibility is listed in the product description. Generally, TM-standard magazines fit most platforms, but we recommend checking the specific brand specifications or contacting our tech team for verification.
Do your airsoft guns come with a warranty?
Most of our products come with a 30 to 90-day manufacturer's warranty covering factory defects. This excludes damage caused by misuse, low-quality BBs, or unauthorized internal modifications.
Can I pick up my order in-store?
Absolutely. Select the 'In-Store Pickup' option at checkout. You will receive an email notification once your order is processed and ready for collection at our Richmond location.
